Town Clerk
The Oak Bluffs Town Clerk’s office provides many services to our community. We work cooperatively with other town departments as well as the State of Massachusetts. This office creates an annual town census, maintains voter lists and provides proof of residency for the Steamship Authority. The Clerk is the registrar of vital statistics, maintains records of the adopted municipal codes and local bylaws, records state tax liens and personal property bills of sale. The Town Clerk also issues state licenses and permits, business certificates and other local licenses as mandated. This office also provides the services of Notary Public and
